Shipping
- Free shipping on every US order, no minimum.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: typically 6–10 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering.
- Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us and we'll reship it free or refund you in full.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the item price — even if you've worn it.
- It just needs to be clean, undamaged, and returned with all its straps and parts.
- Email hello@getstepwell.com with your order number first. We'll send the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — then we cover it and send a replacement or refund, your choice.
