Refund policy

Our 30-day return promise

We want you to feel confident ordering TaurineFirst. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition with the seal intact and unopened.
  • You must have proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).
  • Opened or partially used jars are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons, except in the case of a defect or damage (see below).

How to start a return

Email us at taurinefirst@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions and the shipping address.

Return shipping

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used jars (except for defects or damage)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper storage after delivery

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order has entered processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our standard return policy once received.
