Shipping policy

Where we ship

TaurineFirst currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. There are no minimum order requirements.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Transit time

Standard delivery to US addresses takes 10-15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods, periods of high demand, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please email taurinefirst@gmail.com.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, please contact us at taurinefirst@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Carrier damage

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and the contents before opening further, and email us within 7 days of delivery at taurinefirst@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
